General Questions

Why should I buy a used car from Japan?

Japanese used cars are known for their high quality, reliability, and low mileage. Japan has strict vehicle inspection standards, ensuring that cars are well-maintained. Additionally, Japanese cars are often more affordable compared to local markets.

What types of cars do you export?

We export a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, hybrids, and kei cars. Whether you're looking for a family car, a luxury vehicle, a JDM unit or a fuel-efficient hybrid, we have options to suit your needs.

Do you ship cars to my country?

Yes, we ship vehicles to the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe or any other destination ports around the globe. We ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination ports:
* USA/Canada: 5–7 weeks
* Australia: 3–4 weeks
* Europe: 6–9 weeks
* Africa: 4-6 weeks
We will provide the customers with the tracking information once the cars are shipped.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) and container shipping. RoRo is more cost-effective, while container shipping provides added protection for your vehicle. For some destinations without sea ports, only container shipment is available.

What documents will I receive with the car?

You will receive the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and Original Title. These documents are required for customs clearance and vehicle registration in your country.

Vehicle Condition and Compliance

Are the cars right-hand drive or left-hand drive?

Most vehicles in Japan are right-hand drive (RHD), but we also offer left-hand drive (LHD) models for countries where it’s required.

Will the car meet my country’s emission and safety standards?

While Japanese cars are built to high standards, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle complies with local regulations. We recommend checking with your local transport authority before purchasing.

Are the cars modified or in original condition?

All vehicles are exported in their original condition unless otherwise requested. We do not modify vehicles to comply with local regulations.
